super star!

I dislike star charts.... I dislike the whole idea of them...
I dislike that I now have one! fingers crossed it works
Starting with three stars = reward then once she realises
her behaviour will be rewarded we will make it five, seven
keep it at seven for three weeks then change to ten....

we have five activities that need to be improved - brushing hair,
brushing teeth, having a bath ( no tears ), sleeping in OWN bed
& Miri added the last no whingey voices :) I think she is
even getting sick of me telling her to speak normally!!

Wish us luck....

today i've decided to dedicate one afternoon a week to crafting!
i have so many 1/2 finished projects...
hoping to start a crafting circle with some like minded mummas...
to get motivated i'm cleaning out study/sewing room, re arranging and
making it generally an awesome, inspiring space for both uni and crafting....

i really want a cherry red rotary dial telephone if i have to have a telephone at all.....

cookie magazine has to be the coolest mumma mag around i wish i could buy it here...

until then i'll just have to read online...

after months of asking me to start ballet, i finally gave in and looked into local ballet schools that offer classes to pre schoolers.

looking for somewhere local that offered a fun no fuss class without expectations of exams (or me having to do ballet buns!) i found tinytutus a company that has designed a program for preschoolers that is everything they love, dressing up and dancing!

mimi's teacher miss lisa is lovely and very patient.
